Caramella Signatures is a registered company with CAC since 2017.

Caramella Signatures reserve the rights to stop any of her sales/promotion, or refuse sales or service to any one at anytime during or after the sales/Promotion.

Items purchased on the website are eligible for return if the following conditions are met:

1. If the wrong items get delivered.

2. If a damaged or faulty products was delivered.

3. If item is not as described or advertised.

1. If condition for return are met, the customer gets a replacement for the return item.

2. Only in the event where the returned item is not available or is out of stock, can the customer request for a change or product or a full refund.

3. An exchange or refund is only valid within 48hrs for Lagos customers, 5 days for other states within Nigeria and 2 weeks for International orders after the item has been delivered. After the stipulated time frame, the item is considered used and exchange/refund becomes void.

Glasses delivered in good conditions are accepted by the customers AS-IS and customers take responsibility for any fault or damage incurred afterwards.

Caramella Signatures accepts no responsibility for any repair or maintenance to faults incurred after purchase regardless of any oral statement.
